My Journey
From the start of my coaching career at 17, movement and health have been my foundation. A spinal injury five years ago reshaped my understanding of training, leading me to refine my approach to recovery and performance. This evolution now informs my coaching philosophy—bridging science, martial arts, and holistic health to create a deeper connection between body and mind.
My Philosophy
Fitness is more than strength or endurance—it’s about awareness, movement quality, and breath. No two individuals are the same, and training should reflect that. My approach integrates martial arts, the Feldenkrais Method, yoga, and neuromuscular training, adapting to each person’s needs for lasting improvement.
Looking Forward
The Fundamentals of Human Movement program embodies my journey, bringing refined movement education to a broader audience. By blending science and experience, my mission is to guide others toward sustainable, effective movement practices—whether for peak performance or recovery. The path forward is about deepening the connection between mind and body, ensuring every movement serves a purpose.
